Molly on Chardown HillThis morning Molly and I managed a 23km (averaging 5km/h) walk up on to Golden Cap via Charmouth and Chardown Hill. The weather has been a patchwork of sunny spells and moderate showers. At 191 metres Golden Cap is the highest point on the south coast of England and affords spectacular views East to Portland and West to Lyme Regis. Highlights of the walk included seeing a foxy-loxy and (for Molly at least) ending up to my knees in a bog.
