Automated Stock Level Alert System

The purpose of this tool was to allow users to set up automated stock level alerts so that an email alert was generated when the stock level of a given drug (E.g. a drug on the “critical medicines list”) falls below a given quantity. Optionally, it allows for a transaction to be entered into an out-of-stock database for further analysis.

The steps involved are:

  1. Login
  2. Select Tool
  3. Create a new record or edit an existing record
  4. Complete or amend all required fields
  5. Validation of new or amended record
  6. Logout
  7. Query is run on a Daily basis
